Shizuku's Sleepy Reviews

Ill mannered, bad tempered, and set in my ways. When I write a review I'm starting a conversation. Not writing a f#%^#ng book report. Don't like it then go the f^%k away!

Claymore, Vol. 16: The Lamentation of the Earth (Claymore, #16)Claymore, Vol. 16: The Lamentation of the Earth by Norihiro Yagi
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This volume starts off with Chapter 84: The Bewitching Ambassador.
Clare and her comrades run into the man who previously gave her assignments. He runs down the current Claymore No. 6 named Renee, whom is especially adept at tracking youki. It seems that she has gone missing after a group of Claymores were torn apart by Riful of the West.
Far away we discover that Riful has abducted Renee to try to awaken a merged pair of Claymores, the pair had intentionally vaulted themselves into stasis to avoid awakening. Will Riful succeed in in this dastardly plan. Well you'll have to read for yourself to find out.
Cheers and Happy Reading!
